We had a problem with the room There was a very bad noise in it The next day they changed our room Although there was no noise in it , it was near the elevator and service room there was people noises near the door and stuff’s noises It was the worst cruise I have ever stayed There was free coffee only at breakfast and cake time We stayed 14 days and I never slept well And they didn’t tell us there was a problem with the credit card and we learnt it when we were leaving the cruise and the taxi was waiting for us and the problem was solved by one hour It was terrible to wait And before this cruise we went several cruise and before meal there was a person who always insisted us to use sentizizer but in this cruise and with the Corona problem there was a machine with sentizizer only before the restaurant and bar If tou want you can use Maybe nobody knew it is a sentizizer so they had to be strick to make us to use And another subject is we were 12 people who bought this cruise from taoticket Although we paidnthe same price some of us had a room with window this was not right to us

Contro:

Non si possono lasciare gli ospiti in un albergo,dopo 12 ore di volo, per altre 4/5 ore per poter salire a bordo. Itinerario abbastanza soddisfacente ma alcuni porti sfatiscenti....per il prezzo della crociera ci si aspettava molto di più.
